None of the modpacks will actually launch when I select play

I am currently having a similar issue that many others are also having where none of the pre-loaded modpacks will load or any that I manually install. I do not know why. My PC can only run 32-bit Java, It only has 1.5GB of RAM that is not used by the PC. Tbh in general I have an incredibly bad laptop but if anyone can help that would be much appreciated. Previously on Windows 7 it worked perfectly, but once it randomly started to download Windows 10 it has never worked since.
