Recovery of my technic account

I formatted my phone at the end of the summer wich made me loose the authenticator, so i tried to disable it but you needed to have a recovery code, but i didnt care since i were still logged in to my computer, but then one day i deleted the cache, last week i think, and poof i lost access to my technic account, so i need to recover it, the technic account is maggi373, i can confirm identity, its using solder, so i can confirm through there or something like that. Because of this i could't update the information and the changelog on the pack for a while
