How to delete an item in the backpack causing crash?

I was playing the Tekxit 2 modpack, after i create the Bio-generator it crash the game. After reopen it glitch out and multiply, but as long as i click on any one the game will shut down (as long as i don't touch the item it runs normally).

I hv reinstall the modpack but the problem seems to be the game save itself, i hv also try to delete the item but couldn't found the block location

Please, Can anyone help me out?
