Modpack transfer to another computer

Hello everyone. I'm going to travel to a place where I have no internet connection. My cousin went first and have the Technic installed on his computer. Today, I found a interesting modpack for us, and I'll download it to play. After meeting up with him, there is a way to copy the modpack to his launcher, allowing us to play together or he needs to download it too? (this one is impossible.)
