Cant find authserver.mojang.com

when i tried to sign in it said it couldnt reach authserver.mojang.com. im not sure what to do. i switched computers recently and i dont know if its connected to an issue i have with minecraft, when i try o join a vanilla server it says " failed to login:authentication servers are currently down for maintenance" ive tried reaching out to mojang but theyve been ignoring me. idk if those two things are connected but they seem to both be about authentication servers. ive tried firewall and ive created ports. ive waited almost a month and its still down. i havent found any help yet, people keep telling me itll come back in a day or two but apparently not. please help
