Just got a fragnet server and started running tekkit 3.1.3. However when I or anyone else tries to join we get the "connection lost end of stream" error.

Description of Problem:
Just got a fragnet server and started running tekkit 3.1.3. However when I or anyone else tries to join we get the "connection lost end of stream" error.
