Not enough Items

Apparently my moderators can't use NEI.

Is there a simple permission I'm missing in PEX?

If so, what is it?

If you are talking about spawning items, changing time and weather, etc. You will need to go to the config/NEI.cfg file and at the bottom add there names into the feelds that you want them to have permission to.
