Title: Plugin EssentialsChat is attempting to register event

Version: 3.1.3

OS: Windows 7 - 64 bit

Java Version: JREv7u10

Description of Problem:

Tekkit mods work until i used wooden pipe and a redstone engine, after i turn the engine on the server froze and the world deleted itself. I have already been to the forums and tried switching out the buildcraft "api" folder and the railcraft "api" folder but that did not work, how do i fix this crashing problem?
