i don't know where the "new one" can be found

You could just delete the mods file and it will regenerate a new one with new .jars for every mod.

Thanks all, I made a new server file witch works perfectly. My one problem is that when i try to log into the server it says the following

The server requires you to have the following mods:

mod_ComputerCraft 1.41

mod_CCturtle 1.41

That would probably because you are joining with the wrong version of Tekkit. Make sure you are joining with the correct one under the "Options" menu located on the launcer/login page.
