Whenever I try to open up tekkit, it goes white screen.

Launcher Version: 3.1.3

Operating System: Windows 8 64 bit

Java Version: 7

Antivirus Program: McAfee

Description of Problem:

I was playing tekkit happily, when it suddenly crashed. I tried to open it up againbut right after I entered my login info it opened up the tekkit window, but it went to a white screen. It stopped responding, and i had to wait a while for it to close. This happened before the Mojang logo. I have tried uninstalling tekkit and java.
