Error in my classic tekkit server

[Soulless Anger]

So every so often the server will just crash and boot everyone, I found the file that was supposedly associated with the crash and heres the contents:

If anyone can help me under stand what any of this means and/or how to fix or atleast mitigate part of this to make the server more stable, it would be greatly appreciated.
