Can't download any modpacks and main page is not loading

Hi, I have a problem with Technic Launcher, It will load but on main page it says: The discover page is currently unavailable. I don't have any modpacks in section modpacks and can't download any.

I checked the console and it says: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/Dzh6j9wT4n/  I don't understand it but most of it is Unknown Source
