My base got destroyed because of chunk resets

Hey everyone, 

I made a base in hexxit 1.5.2 and i am somewhat near the late game part of hexxit with a crap ton of items and stuff. So i went to the nether to locate a nether base when i came back part of my base inside a mountain disappears as in all the chunks reset back to when i started building the base where all my items and base are kept inside that mountain. dw tho i made back ups but this happens way to often 

Note: I use a command block to teleport me to different parts of my house ie from the storage room to the bedroom
