friend joins, model spawns, waits like 5 seconds, crash

so basically my friend one day just couldnt join period so we tried a bazillion different methods to fix it and none of them work. So far ive moved the character to me so its in a different location. I thought it would fix this because i swapped out our current world with a new one and my friend could join fine so i believe it has something to do with my friend and the server world. I havent wiped their inventory yet (and i dont know how but i would) i think that might fix it too. help.
