modpack help not really a bug

i downloaded on technic launcher modpack named scramble craft and in loading screen like when its building up mods the memory thing goes full and minecraft stop responding i waited a hour and nothing moved i hope you can help me maybe somehow increase the memory thing becuase my pc got 16 gb ram and everygood thing like cpu i7 and graphics card gtx 1060 but minecraft it self stop responding if you can show me how to increase the memory thing that would be awesome https://imgur.com/a/x3khoKu
