Problem with joining on server

Hello. So recently me and my friend tried to play Tekxit 3 in version 1.12.2. I am hosting my server on aternos and i can join easily, but whe is my friend trying to join the server, modpack is not responding and he can not do anything. 

Any advices how to fix this problem? :(

I am really sad it does not work :((
