So I’ve been having trying to solve this problem all day and I figured it out.

What you want to do is download your current skin from minecraft.net and change that format from a 64x64 skin to a 64x32 skin. Finally rename that to “char” so it should end up as the file “char.png”

*this means your arms and legs have to be symmetric and you’ll only be able to have a hat layer in your skin*

Open technic and in the tekkit classic settings you’ll find an open folder button. In this directory go to bin and open the Minecraft folder using winRar or something similar. Open the folders mobs and simply replace the char.png with your skin.
