Need help with my modpack mods wont download

[Galaxy Kindred]

I  was updating a modpack and changed around some stuff, upon updating it i restarted my launcher and went to download it. firstly not only did it not update to forge version 2838 (I downloaded the universal for it and changed it to modpack.jar) it also has none of the mods installed.

This is how I've set up the .zip folder
