Things keep exploding when they shouldn't

Hi, I'm fairly new to tekkit and I don't understand why my combustion engines keep exploding, even though I supply them more then enough water and have world anchors on each side of the quarry(4 f them actually). The supply of water for 2 engines comes from a pump powered by two steam engines powering a pump. I even used a setup of 4 other combustion engines on two pumps somewhere else(has world anchor), also cooling themselves and sending the surplus through a teleport pipe because i got tired of it blowing up, but it still blew up. I tried absolutely everything and I have no ideea wtf to do, i don't wanna power a quarry with steam engines those would take forever :c

I forgot to say that it is all running on a server
