On my server I run, I would use a powerful nuclear reactor to power most every machine. Recently, I noticed that when I added new cables extending from it, they would not receive power. I thought it was a simple wiring error, so I re-made some wiring and the new wires wouldn't receive power. After some experimenting, I noticed that new Cables would not receive any power, no matter where they stem from. Also, new or altered solar arrays or reactors would not produce power AT ALL!
I used the EU-Reader on the reactor itself (and all surrounding cables) and received 0 EU/t.
