Technic launcher won't start a modpack, If it does it crashes the game.

When I press play it starts to load normally, but instead of launching the game it just flashes and nothing happens, but when it occasionally works my custom modpack that worked with no problems for me and my other 10 friends I play with. Game just closes in the middle of launching. I get a black screen for a second and it freezes my Discord and sometimes even my browser completely.

I tried to use the same mods through classic Minecraft launcher and I can get into the game, but usually crashes under 5 minutes for some reason.

Like I said, it works well for my friends. They have no problems. Everything was running fine for all of us and suddenly I started having these issues.

Restarting PC - Updating graphics drivers - reinstalling whole game few times - updating java didn't help (This java fix I found on forums here also didn't help at all: http://download.uskarian.net/technic/clearJavaEnvVars.bat"

I have allocted 16 GB of ram for Technic launcher

I7 7700
GTX 1060
16 GB DDR4 2400mhz

Additional logs: 1. Debug http://www.mediafire.com/file/137z5sc33qfy570/debug-1.log/file in this case I could get into the game through classic MC launcher. It crashed under 5 minutes and freezed half of my apps on PC

At this point I feel like I really tried everything and nothing works. I'd really appreciate if somebody could help me with this problem.
