How to Timber mod on Server

Hey, 

I'm running a classic server with a friend an we want to put timber/treecapitator on the server. But I don't know how. I tested the tree assist but it didn't work. He loaded the plug in but nothing happens. 

I'm running the server at a online hoster, nitrado.net

 

Is there any other mod/plug in I can use?
