Internet down. Can I launch offline?

My internet is down and won't be fixed until tomorrow at the earliest. (I'm on my phone but I don't have hotspot so can't do it that way) is there a way to launch technic launcher while offline? I have an account but obviously it can't verify that so any help would be appreciated!
