Title: Crashing from railcraft stuff

Version: 3.1.3

OS: Windows 8

Java Version: V7 update 10

Description of Problem:

Whenever i put a minecart on a track (after making coke ovens) and push it. Tekkit goes to a 'Saving chunks' screen then goes to a white/grey screen.

When i try to re-enter the world it keeps doing the same thing the second it finishes loading. When i use tekkit v3.1.2 it works fine.
