No one can join my server...

Title: No one can join my server...

Version: 3.1.3

OS: Win 7 Ultra x64

Java Version: 1.7

Description of Problem:

I have been trying to set up a server to no avail, I have forwarded my port, added an exception into my firewall (even turned it off) I have checked, and rechecked my ip's to make sure everything matches up, went to canyouseeme.org and checked, the port is open. But no one can join.

I am sure there are millions of posts up about this, but I have not been able to solve this, and I am getting severely annoyed with all of this.

I dont understand what it is I am doing wrong.

If someone could help me out I would love to hear any advice!!

This might not be helpful, but I am running some private servers, Hamachi, on Windows 7 Professional, that get the same error on some of them, but not on my main server.

I actually figured it out an hour or two after this, one of my friends helped me out, you need to use the computers personal IP for others to connect with but set the server up with the routers IP.
