download fail can't install/download any modpack

hi i have a problem. when i try to install any modpack it just flashes and it doesn't do anything i don't know what to do with it. I have w10 64x

rx580

I sadly dont have an answer for you bud thought I have a problem not unlike yours, 
but it will start the installation, get to the mods section and download half of them
before it gives up and stop the installation.
