Recently have been playing on macOS Catalina and I got the error message, "an error occurred while attempting to reach authserver.mojang.com". This started happening, and will not let me in after a week of trying. I have looked at all the other forum posts with this same error message, and have done pretty much everything listed such as installing the other java versions, and checking to see if it is a firewall blocking it, which it isn't. I had a little bit of luck a few days ago when I switched users on my computer, and it started working, but the next day it stopped. Also yes my minecraft account is a legit account, and not off of MCLeaks. If anyone else has advice or solutions please let me know. Thanks.
