Launcher Version: The latest one (downloaded it today from http://www.technicpack.net/tekkit/)

Operating System: Windows XP

Java Version: Version 7 Update 10

Description of Problem:

When I try to launch the TechnicLauncher file I get the error message "Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application." Please help!

Error Messages:

Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application.

I'm also having this problem, i wish it could be answered.
