Tekkit and all others modpacks bugged texture or graphics.

I open technic then choose random modpack and play. Then I create world . When I join the world I dont see anything. I turn around and i see white , black sometimes red green and other colours . It looks like its some with texture or graphics . Do you know how can i fix it? tell me if you need screenshot.
