Additional Pipes Server Mod Doesn't let server start

Title: Additional Pipes Server Mod Doesn't let server start

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 32 bit service pack 1

Java Version: Version 7 Update 9

Description of Problem:

When the additional pipes mod is installed onto my server it doesn't start up and displays the attached error messages, I've tried looking at the messages that appear but can't figure it out any help would be appreciated Note: If I remove the mod the server runs perfectly
