Getting stuck on Macbook pro and Voltz

Hey everyone! 


On a Voltz server my friends and I have setup, I login and can walk around but maybe after 5 minutes, I get stuck where I can look around and even dig/attack but my character gets stuck on blocks. Even walking on flat open terrain I occasionally get stuck and cant walk around. 

Any tips on how to fix this? I have un-installed both Voltz and even the Technic Laucher and the problem still occurs. Haven't had this issue on previous instances of playing the game.
