Game won't start

When I press the play button I see the bar start to load, then it just stops and goes back to the regular screen with the play button.

My game was working fine until about a day ago.

I haven't done anything different on my computer, so I'm assuming it's a problem on the server end, so that means everyone else would also be having this problem.

I'd like to know when this problem will be resolved.

Btw, I tried this with 2 modpacks (Tekkit and vanilla Minecraft), and got the same result with both of those.

I'm surprised no one else has said anything about this. Does anyone even care about these modpacks anymore? This forum seems completely dead, and yet when I start up the launcher it says that there's over 10k people on in the Discord chat.

I'm very disappointed about the lack of information about this right now, is the whole technicpack thing coming to an end? Literally no one seems to care about this.

Nevermind, it's working now. I just uninstalled java, then reinstalled it. I think it wasn't set to update or something.
