Need help, Forge isn't loading when I start my custom modpack.

I've been working on a custom modpack for my friends and I, and I have gotten everything in place (so I thought). Whenever I start the modpack though Forge doesn't load and neither do my mods.

I have never made a modpack before and have no idea what I'm doing, or for that matter what im doing wrong. please help
