Options not working in app

I am needing to change how much memory/ram is being used by the app but the options tab will not open. When I click the gear in the top right of the app it greys out the app but does not end up opening the the options. As well as a long list of red script in the command.

I'm also having this issue and can't seem to find a solution. Did you ever find a solution?
