"Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine"

I am getting this error while trying to run Hexxit II, this is my first time trying to run it and I have allocated 4.5GB ram to the launcher, so I'm confused why it isn't working, can someone help me out?

When you open "Task Manager" while the Launcher is open, and go to the "Performance" tab, Click on "Memory".
Now you should see something like the picture below:
Interesting for getting this solved are the values for "In Use" and "Available" (which are masked in the picture with a yellow rectangle).

Haha lol. I just had a similiar problem. Pagefile was too small due to a full disk and auto pagefile size. You should also check whether that might be your problem as well.
