Launcher won't log in to my main but defaults to my fiances

The launcher will not let me log in to either my microsoft account or my mojang account, and any attempt to log in otherwise defaults to my fiances, which is not currently used to log into anything on my PC. How do i fix this? A full uninstall didn't work and she is fully logged out of everything on my PC
