Keep getting weird error and the launch tells me my Microsoft account does not own Minecraft when I just bought it

Hello all,

I am trying to load into the launcher and I keep getting this weird pop-up whenever I load it up:

[B#757] Unable to load users from C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\.technic\users.json because it does not exist.
[B#757] Unable to load installedPacks from C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\.technic\installedPacks because it does not exist.

And when I go to sign in it tells me the account does not own Minecraft. I can load the vanilla version of the game and have tried looking it up on the forums and basic troubleshooting but cannot figure it out. i did find the .technic file but didn't know what to do from there. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
