unable to load fully

whenever I try to run a mod it doesn't load and keeps spitting out the error "C:\Users\15123\AppData\Roaming\.technic\cache\net\java\jinput\jinput\2.0.5\jinput-2.0.5.jar has a security seal for path net.java.games.input, but that path is defined and not secure"

how do i fix this
