I'm trying to log in but I keep getting the 'This account has not purchased Minecraft Java Edition'.

Hi,

Make sure you're logging into the correct account. If that doesn't work, then try to launch Minecraft using the vanilla launcher, then log into Technic Launcher again (click Logout button, then Add Microsoft Account).
