Update server from 1.0.4 to 1.0.5?

I need to update my server in order to play on it, but there is a huge difference in folders/files, can i only transfer the world folder or do i also need to move other folders?

You should be able to simply unpack the new one over your current server. Might have to remove any mods that aren't in the new one.
