Mods corrupted after archiving

Hey! I've zipped up my modpack and I know it works cause I've done it before, only problem is now after adding some new mods they zip up corrupted or something. Even when not using the technic launcher and just zipping and unzipping the pack some mods do not work seemingly at random. The mods work fine since I have the mods downloaded straight from curseforge and when I use those all of them boot up like normal. I'll link the modpack here since there's really not a lot to say but if you log onto my server which is preloaded you'll see all the mods that aren't working.
