Unable to dowload Modpack

Hi, 
I'm trying do download and install a custom Modpack (After Humans). Every time I select the Modpack and klick on install there is nod really a process in the download bar and after a few moments there is always this Error report.
I also tried to download the Modpack over the link by my self and put the .zip in the Modpack folder (C:\Users\KeeperOfHyrule\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks), but it doesn't apere in the launcher and if i try to install ist it still wants tho download the pack withe the launcher.

Modpack issue. Moved to Platform Pagoda.
