Download failed

Deleted technic from computer re-download it and trying to re-download pixelmon but everytime I do it says download of [b#772] download of https://pocketpixels.net/modpack1271.zip failed then it tries 2 more times and says contact creator of the mod pack

How do I get the game to work because it was having issues and thats the only reason I deleted it in the first place. Thank you

That modpack is broken, you'll have to find a different one.

I tested out 2 more mod packs before bed last night and none of them would finish a download
