Antivirus Program: Norton.
Description of Problem:
I was trying to play the new modpack Volts, but it said update problem, my friend said he had a similar problem with tekkit. He said that he re-downloaded the technic launcher, and it fixed it. So i did the same, but now my technic launcher won't open up. PLEASE NOTE: I am not an idiot, i tried the obvious stuff to fix it, i checked java, software version and other stuff. It still doesn't work, Thanks for any help!
