Technic launcher causes memory leaks on all modpacks

Hello, so i never had this issue, my problem is, what ever modpack i'm playing is using 100% of my memory and then my windows crashes.

Shortly problems: 

Minecraft client can have allocated 5gb of ram in technic, but when i open task manager it shows its using more and more ram until there is no available, then my windows crashes

Technic launcher args: i tried deleting them but didnt work, i tried to modify them, didnt work

Java version: Oracle 1.8.0_431 64bit / 32 bit, i tried both and didn't work, OpenJDK 23.0.1 64 bit also didnt work, Oracle 1.7.0_80 64 bit also didnt work

I'm currently running modpack on 1.6.4 with some technical mods, it should not use more than 6gb of ram, NO its not modpacks problem because when i try any other modpack like hexxit or tekkit, it's same problem.

I dont know what to do, i tried everything.

Any possible fix for this?
