The launcher doesn't start Minecraft

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 8

Java Version: 7.0.100.18

Antivirus Program:

Description of Problem:

I open technic launcher...I click technic pack...log in...but appear an error message.

Error

LoadLibrary failed with error 126: Can not find the specified module.

Error Messages:
