Launcher won't open

Java Version: Version 7 Update 10

Antivirus Program: Windows Defender

Description of Problem:

Launcher won't open, and I struggled with it, but nothing worked

There is nothing in the folder :/

I had a problem like that, All I did was right click and run as administrator and it worked. I hope it works for you as well!

No, It is still a problem. When I run it as administrator it still says "the thing".
