demfels Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 Hey all, I'm noticing that you can upgrade the BC engines for example a stirling engine can be upgraded to a slow electrical engine. I've only been able to use RE batteries so far to power them. I can't run a IC2 wire directly to power them. Any ideas on how to power these more effectively? I use to be able to just put down and energy link box next to some solar panels and be good to go.. That no longer seems to be the case. Also, if anyone knows of the "official" tekkit lite wiki page I'd love to know.. I've googled and found a dozen of them and none of information and I don't know if any are sponsored by the devs or anything. Finding info on the new items in tekkit lite is a task so far. Quote
DarthDax Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 just run glass fiber cables to them from a lv transformer thats connected to a mv then hv then mfsu..i tried the fast electric engines and the quarry was super fast..oh and levers to turn them on of course Quote
balinos Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 actually you don't even need the transformers, atleast for the fast and adjustable ones that is. Quote
