I cannot make a technic server; out of date?

Operating System: Windows

Java Version: Newest

Antivirus Program:

Description of Problem:

I am trying to make a tekkit server but it says I still require these mods:

mod_IC2 v1.103

mod_ComputerCraft 1.41

mod_CCTurtle 1.41

mod_Railcraft 5.4.7

What do I do?

Error Messages:
