[Help]Strange Matter??

Hi guys! ehm...I know that there is a missile in voltz called "RedMatter". This missile is made by strange matter.......but how I do it?

The voltz's wiki says:

-"Strange Matter is...well..strange. The methods of obtaining strange matter remain a mystery, but it is sometimes found near antimatter colliders..."

I don't know if this is a troll for the player, then help me!!

When using a particle accelerator, strange matter will randomly appear near by.

The particle accelerator is very big and however I haven't ever see it......but thanks now I will look better
